U.S. Benefit Open Enrollment is January 25 – February 7

The Annual Benefit Enrollment period is an opportunity for eligible employees to enroll in or make changes to benefit plans for the upcoming plan year. This is the only time you are eligible to make changes unless you have a qualifying life event, such as a family or employment change. Changes made during this period will be effective March 1, 2021.

There will be minimal benefit plan changes for the upcoming plan year.  Please refer to the benefits guide for detailed plan information in preparation of the open enrollment period.  This will allow you to make informed decisions for you and your family.

What’s New?

  • Employee Premiums:
    • Medical premiums will increase (for both BCBS and Kaiser).  See page 4 of the guide for the new bi-weekly premiums.
    • Voluntary Life and AD&D premiums will decrease. See page 8 of the guide for the new rates.
  • Mutual of Omaha will be the new Life and Disability carrier.

What’s Next:
Starting Monday, January 25, visit ADP to view your current benefits and make any desired changes for the new plan year.  Upon logging in, a pop-up will prompt you to start the enrollment or navigate to MYSELF > Benefits > Enrollments.

All benefit eligible employees are encouraged to log in and either confirm selections or make changes. If you do not request any changes, your current enrollments WILL automatically renew, with exception to the Healthcare FSA, Dependent Care FSA, Commuter benefits, and Health Savings Account which you must re-enroll in each plan year.
