Pension Team Passes ISO-9001 Recertification with Flying Colors

Congratulations to the Pension Administration Team for recently achieving recertification of the coveted International Organization for Standardization (ISO)-9001. Spearheaded by David Walsh and the CPAS ISO Committee, Pension completed its ISO 9001:2015 recertification audit in September with auditor SAI Global and passed with 100% conformance.

Founded in 1947, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) promotes worldwide proprietary, industrial, and commercial standards. The ISO-9001 is a coveted certification and one of the world’s most recognized Quality Management System standard aimed at helping companies effectively meet the needs of their clients and stakeholders.

The Pension Business Unit has held the ISO 9001 certification since 2001 which is a differentiator for us in the retirement systems marketplace.  Avenu is the first pension software organization globally and the only North American pension organization to hold this registration for our quality management system.

Achieving certification or recertification is a rigorous process for each and every person in the Pension Business Unit so it is exciting news that our Pension Group recently passed with flying colors.

Congratulations to the CPAS ISO Committee: David Walsh, Heidi Fischenbeck, Susan Binsted, Jessica Liu, Rajwant Kenth, Vanessa Rogers, Michael Saltanov, Andrew Mackay & Jason Chin.
