The Finance & Tax team recently hosted a “Back to Basics” User Group Conference for the PACE clients. PACE is a financial suite of applications that helps small to medium sized local governments to maintain and control their billing, financial records and payroll needs.
The event was held in Charleston, West Virginia and was spearheaded by Randy Spillman and Rick Finklea who led the training sessions for 38 in-person users from 18 client sites in 5 states and another 6 clients who attended virtually. Client Success Managers Susan Gilmore and Mary Dilenschneider were also on-hand with Kimberly Taylor attending virtually to get to know their clients and product at a deeper level.
