Oakland MI Records Manager Rollout Is A Success

In recent weeks, we have received several accolades from current clients. Most recently, Oakland County MI went live with Clearview Records Manager and Super Search on October 18th. Oakland is a large county with 1.2 million residents and 130 employees in their Clerk/Register of Deeds Office.

Oakland County’s Clerk/Register of Deeds, Lisa Brown, took time to stop by and personally said “thank you for the herculean effort you (Avenu) put forth. I’m very appreciative for all that you have done.”

The Deputy County Clerk & Register of Deeds, Fred Miller, and Chief Deputy Register, Ben Montgomery, both remarked on how impressed Avenu’s ability to switch their system with zero downtime. They both shared that current users were anxious about moving to a new system, but the Avenu team provided hands on support that helped the Oakland County team understand each requirement and fully understand each new requirement.

The success of the rollout accompanied by the overwhelming positive feedback is truly a testament to the commitment and hard work by the Avenu team.
