Meet your Client Success Team!

There’s a reason you partnered with Avenu and we’re striving to make sure that you achieve your desired outcome!

Avenu established a Client Success Team to give each of our clients a main Point of Contact that they can work closely with and reach out to if they have any questions. Your Client Success Manager (CSM) will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with the services you receive and to help quickly improve upon areas where needed.

Each of our CSM’s are unique individuals but they all hold these common traits. They are all:

  • Highly effective communicators who actively listen to YOUR concerns
  • Have a strong desire to see you succeed as a Partner with Avenu
  • Trained to help you get the answers you need
  • Caring and empathetic

Today’s newsletter spotlights the Client Success Leadership Team. We are happy to share the profile and a little personal insight for:

 

Louis “Lou” Schiavone Jr., President, Chief Customer Officer, is a recognized, highly sought leader in government software, managed services and professional service organizations for both sales and delivery worldwide.

As Avenu’s Chief Customer Officer (CCO), Lou is single-mindedly focused on providing a fabulous customer experience. He works directly within the Executive Management Team, prioritizes initiatives to improve the customer experience, and helps accelerate transformation in the organization. By using Avenu’s Customer Satisfaction Survey, Lou also works with individual departments and clearly explains how customer insights specifically relates to them.

In addition to holding executive positions in several major global corporations, Lou has led and helped to launch several start-up companies and has played an integral role in company acquisitions, integrations and organizational transformations.

For the past 20 years, he has focused on Municipal clients, leading the sales, development and delivery of a diverse set of innovative solutions. He has proven expertise in company leadership, maintaining executive client relationships, developing and growing new business solutions and managing operational excellence. He is most proud of the accolades he has received for his employee stewardship and leadership.  Lou has consistently demonstrated achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue and profit goals.

Lou is married with grown children and currently lives in Savannah, GA, but still maintains a home in New York City. Lou grew up in the Bronx and of course is a big fan of the Yankees. Lou’s first career was as a professional drummer and he still loves to play.

 

 

 

Dana Braccia is currently Avenu’s West Coast Director of Client Success and previously served on Avenu’s Advisory Board from 2017 – 2019. She was so impressed with Avenu’s administration solutions enabling jurisdictions to meet expectations of citizens, employees and community stakeholders, that she joined as the Director of Client Success in 2019.

She is excited to bring more than 30 years’ experience in the private and public sector to a role that is committed to serving state and local government clients. Prior to Avenu, Dana worked with municipal and educational organizations including the City of Scottsdale and Texas Library Association as well in the client services field with Citibank, San Francisco Giants, and Hilton International.

Dana’s philosophy on client services is to work in close coordination with all of Avenu’s service areas to ensure we have proactive partnerships with our customers and ongoing success and satisfaction in using our products and services.

 

 

Deb Stedman has been Avenu’s Eastern Region Director of Client Success since 2018 and brings a wealth of experience from both client success and delivery/implementation.

Prior to Avenu, she served for 20 years as a Customer Relationship Manager with Conduent Constituent and Government Software Solutions (formerly Xerox Government Systems, LLC). In this role, Deb works with customers to maintain a relationship for years after the initial partnership by keeping them up-to-date on any new enhancements, products, services, and/or training.

With certifications in Project Management and Supply Chain Management, Deb has also played critical rolls in a number of business initiatives ranging from the first Electronic Recordation of a mortgage in 2001 to the rollout of the Super Index Solution powered by Google in 2019.

Deb leads by example and works hard to live by the golden rule of treating others the way you would want to be treated.

Deb currently lives in Manlius, New York, is married and has three grown children. She enjoys entertaining friends and family, outdoor sports (water and hiking) and she is an avid Syracuse University basketball and New York Yankees’ baseball fan.
