Laura Burnett is the Client Success Manager that supports Avenu’s Southern California accounts from Fresno, CA to the Mexico border. She is the direct liaison between City/County personnel and company departments that perform services for her accounts. In this role, her main responsibilities are monitoring client satisfaction and ensuring contract renewals.
To be successful, Laura maintains constant communication internally and externally to ensure implementation processes are moving along swiftly and contractual requirements are being fulfilled, culminating with the ultimate goal for both parties: enhancement of municipal revenues.
With over twenty years of experience, Laura brings a diverse mix of leadership, management, and client focused skills. Laura has been instrumental in gathering and providing client feedback to all of our business units, regularly providing improvements in their performance to meet and exceed client needs. Laura rallies internal teams for our clients to ensure they are receiving the best services we can offer.
Laura has integrity, discipline, and tenacity which she attributes to the experience she gained while serving in the United States Air Force. She earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA with an emphasis on Public Administration.
Being a California-native and beach walker, Laura is thrilled to live and work in this beautiful region. Laura spends her free time riding motorcycles, reading historical fiction, and serving on the Moorpark City Library Board. She is also a member and mentor for Together Women Rise, a non-profit organization that is dedicated to achieving global gender equality.
