I wanted to take a moment to thank the Avenu Insights team on the system upgrade that was conducted for the Delaware Judicial Branch. As you are likely aware, the project ran for approximately 2 years and ended up being a significant effort. Not only did our Contexte version need to be brought up to date, but we had to:
While the project scope proved to be challenging, the entire team from Avenu Insights stepped up in support of the initiative. I wanted to share how satisfied I am with the experience we had working with your team, as well as the professionalism and expertise exemplified throughout the project. As with any project, we encountered unforeseen challenges, but your team worked with us to rapidly identify issues and construct solutions. The team was calm, professional and brought a wide range of skills to the table which ultimately resulted in our successful project.
