Benefit Open Enrollment is 1/24 – 2/06 for plan year March 1, 2022

The Annual Benefits Enrollment period is an opportunity for eligible employees to enroll in or make changes to benefit plans for the upcoming plan year. This is the only time you are eligible to make changes unless you have a qualifying life event, such as a family or employment change. Changes made during this period will be effective March 1, 2022.

There will be minimal benefit plan changes for the upcoming plan year.  Please refer to the attached benefits guide for detailed plan information in preparation of the open enrollment period.  This will allow you to make informed decisions for you and your family.

What’s Changing?

  • Medical premiums will increase slightly (for both BCBS and Kaiser).  See page 7 of the guide for the new bi-weekly premiums.
  • Dental premiums will increase slightly (MetLife).  See page 11 of the guide for the new bi-weekly premiums.

What’s Next:

Starting Monday, January 24, visit ADP, at https://workforcenow.adp.com/public/index.htm or through the mobile App, to view your current benefits and make any desired changes for the new plan year.  Upon logging in, a pop-up will prompt you to start the enrollment or navigate to MYSELF > Benefits > Enrollments.

All benefit eligible employees are encouraged to log in and either confirm selections or make changes. If you do not request any changes, your current enrollments WILL automatically renew, with exception to the Healthcare FSA, Dependent Care FSA, and Health Savings Account which you must re-enroll in each plan year.
