Avenu Invests In A New Help Desk Platform to Better Support Clients

Delivering results and supporting our clients is always at the forefront of our minds. We are happy to report that we’ve invested in our support desk structure and will be using Service Now as our new platform to further decrease our response time to you further and better support you.

Service Now is being rolled out across our client base over the next few months. In the first phase of our roll out, you will continue to use the same email / 800# that you use for Avenu. Once you reach out to Avenu a customer case/incident will be created. You will then receive confirmation that your request has been received from an auto-generated e-mail from Service Now.

Here are the benefits you can look forward to with the new platform:

  • Customer access to enter your own cases through the portal
  • Viewing capability to review the status of your request
  • Access to the knowledge area to search on topics you are seeking additional information
