The 2022 Sales Kickoff Is Tremendous Success

Avenu jump started 2022 with an in-person Sales Kick-Off (SKO) last week. The event gathered Executive Leadership, Sales & Marketing, and Client Success Managers from around the country. This year’s theme BE BOLDenergized the team with its Customer First approach along with a detailed Tech & Strategy Transformation plan. BE BOLD serves as a reminder to all that Avenu drives differentiating innovation and creates exceptional outcomes that make state and local governments run better.

The three-day session featured:

  • Key initiatives in place to help the team increase client retention, expand coverage and win new clients
  • Panel Discussion led by our three Senior Advisors: Fran Mancia, Reva Feldman & George Gretsas
  • Go-To-Market Strategy presented virtually by each Business Unit Leader
  • Sales Execution Focused Training given by Kensei Partners
  • 2021 Award (see article) Winners

Paul Colangelo shared that this was “one of the best Sales Kickoffs I have ever experienced, and I’d like to thank each and every one of you for giving your time, enthusiasm and focused attention to the event.
