(PRWEB) – Avenu Insights & Analytics (Avenu) recently announced that Nassau County, New York has contracted with the company to implement Avenu’s Records Management System in its County Clerk’s Office. The County Clerk’s Office has been an Avenu client since 2014 and chose their new system to improve efficiencies and increase security through the system’s e-recording and property fraud alert features. The e-recording feature exponentially increases the speed in processing real estate filing and reduces errors by automatically calculating fees. This feature also allows Nassau County to receive funds more rapidly through electronic deposits. The property fraud alert notification will allow Nassau County residents and property owners to be able to be sign up free of charge and be alerted when any sort of filing is presented at the county that effects their name or property.
